WCCC TEACHER BENEFITS

Afterschool salaries commensurate with experience and education and range from $12.50-$18 an hour.

Generous leave day package.

First year benefits include health, dental and disability insurance.

Second year benefits include a TIAA-CREF pension plan to which WCCC contributes 5% of gross salary, and substantial tuition assistance for education classes.

Third year teachers are eligible for a staff child tuition discount.

At Wellesley College, WCCC teachers may join the college Sports Center, The Nehoiden Golf Course, The Wellesley College Club and use the campus library.

Staff may join a credit union and set up pre-tax payments.

In addition to on site trainings, teachers take professional days to visit other programs and attend conferences and workshops.
